Beautiful stone house in a mid-mountain hamlet

It is a typical hamlet in the Monts d'Ambazac, where forests and small meadows intertwine on hills that are sometimes steep. Marie-Jeanne’s house is made of granite, like many of the houses in this hamlet, where the skill of the stonemasons has left its mark. It is completely detached and opens onto a terrace with a view of the Forest. There is a small, enclosed lawn. You can set out on hikes right from the hamlet.

Ground floor: large living room (with sofa bed) featuring a wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a small outdoor area, and a bathroom with a toilet. A person with limited mobility can move around the entire ground floor. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 double bed, 140 cm), one bedroom (1 single bed, 90 cm), and one bedroom (2 single beds, 90 cm each). Bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Dogs and cats are welcome but are asked to remain on the ground floor for everyone’s wellbeing.
