Area 80 m². Ground floor: kitchen area with dining area, living room, shower room with separate wc, laundry room. Upstairs: 2 communicating bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Small terrace on the back separated from the owner's part by 2 view breezes. The 1500 m² garden is shared with the owner. Electric griddle. La Maison de Marie is located in the heart of the village of Saint Germain les Belles, 200 m from the lake with supervised swimming in summer and the possibility of fishing.
After a thrilling life in the south of France as antique dealers Gérard and Liliane settled down for their retirement in the family village, they restored this 17th century family home, typical of the Arédien country. Very endearing, they will add a ray of sunshine to your stay thanks to their welcome and kindness. The flower garden (shared in part) will be a place of sharing and rest. While being in the center of the village, it offers a very beautiful view of the Limousin countryside.

5/5The Welcome from the Gerard & Liliane was wonderful, and despite my poor French we understood each other during the welcome. The property is very well presented with everything you can possibly need or want.
The location was superb for travelling to the surrounding area's and really was a delight.

5/5L'accueil dans ce beau gîte nous a enchanté, Liliane et Gérard avaient tout prévu.
Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, nous y retournerons avec plaisir admirer ces paysages dépaysant et profiter de ce beau lac où nous nous sommes rafraichis avec notre puce de 2 ans ( et demi! ).
Merci encore Liliane et Gérard, l'apéritif de jeudi est à refaire !

Merci Emmanuelle et François pour votre Avis , qui nous touche particulièrement.Nous avons été ravis de vous rencontrer et de faire connaissance.Votre "petite fille" ALIX a été un soleil dans la Maison. Votre sensibilité pour notre région et votre gentillesse nous mettent du baume au coeur pour la suite. Merci pour ce bon moment de partage, un soir d'été sur la terrasse.
