This Limousin barn offers large volumes, a modern atmosphere, a very refined decoration and high quality equipment. There's a lovely terrace with a heated swimming pool (8x3) open from June 1 to September 30, weather permitting, and a lovely view over the countryside.
195 m² surface area: first floor: spectacularly spacious 95 m² living room with 12 m² fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. One bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed) opens directly onto the terrace with Piscine. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet (disabled access possible). Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, including 2 for 3 people (6 beds 90 cm, 2 of which can be twinned) and 2 for 2 people (2 beds 160 cm), shower room with 2 showers and 3 basins, separate toilet. Wifi internet access. Electric heating and wood heating. Barbecue. Only small pets allowed.
Legislation governing establishments open to the public does not allow us to exceed capacity (including Kids and babies).
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Julia & Marc Tolles Haus mit viel Platz in idyllischer Umgebung
Wir haben dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal unseren Sommerurlaub hier in diesem tollen Haus mit unserem Hund verbracht.
Dieser riesige Haus, eine liebevoll umgebaute Scheune, hat ausreichend Platz für bis zu 12 Personen in 5 separaten Schlafzimmern und 2 großen Bädern, 2 großen Esstischen und einem Loungebereich mit TV. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bezogen auf mehr als 8 Personen ist ausgezeichnet. Das Haus ist umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern und bietet viel Ruhe und Entspannung in mitten der Natur.
Dank des riesigen Pools und dem wahrlich riesigen Kühl-/Gefrierschranks haben wir selbst die Hitzewelle mit über 40 Grad wunderbar überstanden. Dank der dicken Außenwände hat sich das Haus auch nur mäßig bei der Hitze erwärmt und ließ sich in der Nacht immer wieder schön runterkühlen.
Ferner haben wir die beiden Seen in der Nähe Lac Saint Helene bei Bujaleuf und den riesigen Lac Vassiviere für Tretbootfahrten mit viel Abwechslung und Erfrischung genutzt.
Der Vermieter hat uns Limoges mit seiner wunderschönen Altstadt, den Hallen, den zahlreichen Kathedralen und Gärten gezeigt. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmals dafür.

Julia und Marc, vielen Dank für Ihre Meinung, es freut uns sehr zu wissen, dass Ihr Urlaub bei uns im Gîte de Prassaud gut verlaufen ist, Sie haben Recht, das Haus ist günstig für „Slow Holidays“, unsere Region ist reich an Orten, die man entdecken kann, Selbst in zwei Aufenthaltssitzungen haben Sie es nicht geschafft, es zu umrunden! Croisette Idéal pour une détente en famille et amis
Gîte très confortable, spacieux,literie neuve au top, draps et linges de toilette fournis et même serviettes de bain pour la piscine. Bien pratiques les 2 grandes tables dans le séjour, grand réfrigérateur congélateur et belle vaisselle.
Piscine chauffée agréable.
En pleine nature très calme, proche de Limoges à visiter et aussi de nombreux autres sites à visiter.
Accueil très sympathique et nombreux conseils sur la région.

Belle découverte du gîte "La Grange" et du Limousin. Avons apprécié ces 15 jours ensoleillés et chauds dans cette grange bien aménagée pour familles ou amis. Déplorons seulement la sonorité du lieu, due au grand volume bâti.

CS Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay in La Grange. The gite is spacious and beautifully appointed, and the swimming pool was enjoyed by everyone, even though we weren't very lucky with the weather! We also really appreciated the secure garden for our dog. It is a superb rural location, and Christophe was a brilliant host - we'll definitely return!
