In a residential hamlet close to Limoges (15 mn), the detached house opens onto an unenclosed lawn. The two sisters, Marie Hélène and Angélique, have put a lot of heart into renovating La Grande Ourse. The furnishings are warm and inviting. The location is ideal for visiting Limoges and its historic districts, including the Porcelain Museum, the Fine Arts Museum and the famous Bijou cookie factory. There are several Hiking trails in the commune, allowing you to discover some of the finest natural areas: the banks of the Vienne, the Auzette or panoramic circuits.
Ground floor: living room with open fireplace, open kitchen and dining area. Small laundry room with toilet. First floor: shower room with bath, wc, 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed and 2 x 1 cm bunk beds, possibility of extra bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90 cm twin beds to make a 180 cm double bed).

Kd Un gîte vraiment complet
Un gîte tranquille à la campagne, particulièrement propre et calme. Nous avons rarement vu un hébergement aussi complet, au point qu'on pourrait y vivre à l'année (mention spéciale pour le thermomètre digital, une première pour nous !). La décoration est soignée et pensée pour chaque pièce (ici, pas de récupération d'objets hétéroclites). Les hôtes ont été très généreux, notamment sur la vaisselle, disponible en grand nombre. Tout est parfaitement adapté pour une famille avec enfants. À l'extérieur, on profite d'une grande table, d'un salon de jardin et de places de stationnement à l'ombre. Un sans-faute !

Martine François Séjour Limousin
Nous avons passés un bon séjour dans le gîte La Grande Ourse. Cette location est agréable, confortable et très propre, située aux portes de Limoges, c'est un bel avantage pour visiter la ville et ses environs. Nous recommandons ce gîte.
