Gérard and Annette welcome you to their large detached house at the entrance to the village of Razès, close to the A20 motorway (quick access to Limoges), but also very close to Lake Saint-Pardoux, where you can enjoy the beaches, water sports, walking trails and natural areas. An avid gardener, Gérard tends the vegetable garden at the back of the house on a daily basis, and also looks after the animals on site: pigeons, rabbits, etc. The house is spacious, with a pleasant terrace and fully enclosed garden at the front. Close to the heart of the village, it is also within easy reach of the shops.

Surface area 115 m². Large living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto the covered terrace, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 twin beds 90x180, 1 single bed), shower room, wc. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
