In the very south of the département, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin, the old Champagnac railway station is reached via a small road with no other exit. La Gare aux Oiseaux has been renovated to retain its original character, while adding charm and comfort. It opens onto a flower-filled lawn with an 8x4 m swimming pool open from May to the end of September (unheated). At the rear, the Holiday cottage is bordered by a green lane that evolved from the old railroad line. Quiet and shaded, the 13 km route is ideal for family walks, Hiking and discovering the rolling Countryside and its rich heritage: Château de Châlus Chabrol, Tardoire valley, hemp drying shed, washhouse....

On the ground floor: large living room with kitchen and pantry, laundry room, restroom, and a comfortable living room with a TV. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 160 cm wide), two with a shower room and restroom, one with a bathroom and restroom, all with TVs. On the landing, there is a sitting area. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160 cm), another with 2 single beds (90 cm), and the third with 4 single beds (90 cm), plus a shower room with a toilet. Gas heating. Foosball table, board games… Catering service available by reservation (appetizers, desserts, etc.).
Regulations governing establishments open to the public (ERP) do not permit exceeding the maximum capacity (including kids and infants).
