In the very south of the département, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin, the old Champagnac railway station is reached via a small road with no other exit. La Gare aux Oiseaux has been renovated to retain its original character, while adding charm and comfort. It opens onto a flower-filled lawn with an 8x4 m swimming pool open from May to the end of September (unheated). At the rear, the Holiday cottage is bordered by a green lane that evolved from the old railroad line. Quiet and shaded, the 13 km route is ideal for family walks, Hiking and discovering the rolling Countryside and its rich heritage: Château de Châlus Chabrol, Tardoire valley, hemp drying shed, washhouse....

Ground floor: large living room with kitchen and utility room, laundry room, wc, comfortable lounge with TV. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 x 160 cm double beds), two with en-suite shower rooms and wc, one with en-suite bathroom and wc, all with TV. On the landing is a lounge area. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160 cm double bed, the other with 2 x 90 cm single beds, the 3rd with 4 x 90 cm single beds, a shower room with WC. Gas central heating. Table soccer, badminton net, board games... Catering service on reservation (aperitifs, cakes...).
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
