Comfortable house in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Park

In the very south of the département, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin, the site of the old Champagnac railway station is reached by a narrow road with no other exit. La Gare aux Oiseaux sleeps 14 people when the whole house is open, and 6 when the second floor is closed. The house opens onto a flower-filled lawn with an 8x4 m Piscine open from May to late September (unheated). At the rear, the Holiday cottage is bordered by a green lane that evolved from the old railroad line. Its 13 km are ideal for walking, cycling and discovering the charm of the rolling green Countryside: Château de Châlus Chabrol, Tardoire valley, hemp dryer, washhouse....

In the 6-person version: on the ground floor: large living room with kitchen and pantry, laundry room, restroom, and a comfortable living area with TV. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 160 cm wide), two with a shower room and toilet, one with a bathroom and toilet, all with TV. A sitting area on the landing. Gas heating. Catering service available by reservation (cocktail reception, cakes, etc.).
