In the village of Peyrat-Le-Château, 500 m from the communal lake with supervised swimming in July and August and 7 km from Lake Vassivière (1000 ha), beaches (supervised swimming), water sports, fishing, hiking around the lake, boat cab..., small semi-detached house with the owner's house. It opens onto a communal, flower-filled, enclosed courtyard at the rear, near the communal lake with supervised swimming in July and August.
Surface area 60 m2. First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area, wc. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 single bed) adjoining shower room, wc. Central heating, washing machine in shared laundry room. Possibility of motorcycle or bicycle shelter on request. Baby Equipment on request. Fishing facilities. Pets allowed under certain conditions. This Holiday cottage does not allow recharging of electric vehicles (terminal on the square in the village).

Je vous remercie d'avoir apprécié l'accueil que j'ai plaisir à réserver à chacun d'entre vous et la propreté du gite. Votre sévérité sur le confort et le rapport qualité-prix m'a cependant surprise : le gîte correspond exactement au descriptif et photos, il est classé un épi, c'est l'entrée de gamme chez Gîtes de France. Dommage que cette transparence n'ait pas mieux guidé votre choix.

Heba Superbe séjour
Le gîte est propre, agréable et surtout grâce à une hôte très sympathique on s'y sent vraiment comme chez soi. C'était un séjour très agréable et paisible. Je recommande et j'y reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Merci Mme B.!
