In the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, the house is entirely on the first floor, raised by ten or so steps, and opens onto the countryside, not overlooked. Shady 900 m² lawn, fully enclosed. The owners' holiday homes are adjacent, but each has its own entrance and grounds. The Saint Mathieu lake and beach are 2 km away, and the greenway is close by for hiking and biking.
Living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 4 twin beds 90), shower room, wc. Oil-fired central heating.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Les Ben's Sejour découverte
Un accueil chaleureux, une maison fraîchement rénovée, fonctionnelle et confortable,les repas dans le jardin, la proximité d'un joli petit lac pour se rafraîchir, tout a contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable et reposant.....malgré la canicule !

We loved are stay it was a very comfortable home and a lovely big garden for the children. There is nothing negative about this place although I feel it would have been great to have had our own pool as it was very hot and would have been lovely to have been able to relax in a pool.
