In a hamlet near Lac de St Pardoux, the house opens onto a large wooded park overlooking a 1 ha fishing pond. A heated swimming pool is available from May to September, weather permitting, and is shared with the owners. The gîte has its own private garden, not overlooked, and a terrace.
Surface area 90 m². First floor: kitchen, living room with sitting area, bathroom with toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed), bathroom with toilet. Central heating. Internet connection available. Porch. Carport.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Igor Deuxième séjour conforme aux promesses du premier
Accueil tout en confiance de la part des propriétaires qui nous laissent faire notre vie et ça se passe bien! On retrouve dans le gîte de la Faye le terrain idéal pour nos retrouvailles : tables pour manger et jouer, jardin ensoleillé pour le barbecue, le tout dans une ambiance rustique propice à nos échanges.

Suz Séjour reposant à La Faye
Nous avons passé 2 semaines reposantes dans ce gîte à La Faye. L'étang de pêche au pied de la maison a été très apprécié. Nous avons largement profité de la superbe piscine et en plus avec le soleil :)...
Lac de Saint Pardoux à environ 15 kms.
Pour les amateurs de randonnée vous serez servi.

Un excellent séjour dans ce gîte magnifique.
De la fraîcheur pendant la canicule, l'extérieur qui offre piscine et étang, et même un terrain de tennis!

Denis Parfait pour des motards ou famille
Hébergement campagnard, on peut se garer à l'intérieur de la propriété sans problème de place nous avions deux camionnettes... Très calme, gîte de caractère. Parfait pour nous, vous êtes indépendant par rapport à l'habitation des propriétaires (conviviaux), belle piscine et vue magnifique sur l'étang...
