The Holiday cottage is located at the end of a picturesque hamlet near Lake Saint Pardoux. Its south-west-facing terrace opens onto the 150 m² garden, which is not overlooked, and the Piscine, 7X4 m, private and heated with retractable shelter and open from June to September (possible in May depending on weather conditions), which overlooks a peaceful valley. There's a boules pitch and playground for Kids in front of the Holiday cottage. Hiking trails and a GR pass in front of the Holiday cottage, leading to Lake St Pardoux. Close to the Holiday cottage, a reflexologist offers a range of massages every day, either at your home or hers. www.bellarmonia.fr. The Holiday cottage has private parking.

In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Surface 190 m². First floor: fitted kitchen with fireplace-insert, reading area, large living room with sitting area, Alsatian stove and piano (stair access), 1 bedroom with shower area (1 bed 180*190 or 2 twin beds 90*190), shower room, w.c. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 x 160*200 bed, 1 x 160*200 bed, 1 x 180*190 bed (or 2 twin 90*190 beds), 1 crib and 1 cot, bathroom, w.c., reading area. 2nd floor: access via Japanese staircase to 4-bed dormitory (1 x 90cm bed, 2 x 120cm beds and 1 x 140cm bed) with TV and DVD player. Wood-fired central heating. Boules pitch, children's playground, garage for three motorcycles, on-site mountain bike hire and accompanied mountain bike outings. Overcrowding will be billed.
