La Chassagne - Gîte n°7

In the western part of Haute-Vienne, on the border with Charente, a small road through the countryside leads to Lake Lavaud and its large beach at La Chassagne. A vast, fully enclosed meadow stretches to the Lake’s shores; 16 holiday cottages, furnished in a contemporary style, each feature private terraces. Guests have access to a common room (seating about 40 people) with Wifi Internet, a sink, a freezer, and an oven. On site, a 50 m² Piscine is open from Ascension Day through mid-September. Also on site: pedal boats, a volleyball court, playground equipment, and a seasonal Restaurant. Between August 2 and 9: weekend entertainment, fireworks, and a concert.... Marked trails offer beautiful hiking through the Countryside. All amenities available in Rochechouart (13 km). Cassinomagus, an immersive Gallo-Roman adventure, is located in a 15-hectare park 10 km away. An ideal venue for groups of friends or families, with a total capacity of 72 people; a community hall can be reserved in the village of Videix (1.5 km) for meals and entertainment for approximately 100 people.

Area: 36 m². Ground floor: living room with kitchenette; 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 90 cm), bathroom, toilet. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 140 cm, and 2 single beds, 90 cm), bathroom, separate toilet, Electric heating.
Shared laundry room with washer and dryer (€4), ironing board and iron. Optional extras: sheets, towels, housekeeping, and baby gear. This holiday cottage is accessible to guests with limited mobility on the ground floor.
