Enclosed private parking. The owner lives in the adjoining house, and entrances and outside living areas are very independent of each other. All shops in Saint Yrieix La Perche, close to the Dordogne and Corrèze. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddle, baby skiing...

First floor: open-plan living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 cm, 2 single beds 90 cm), shower room with toilet. Electric heating. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
