40 m² first floor: living room with kitchenette (1 x 2-seater clic clac), 1 bedroom (1 x 2-seater bed, 1 x extra bed), shower room, toilet, electric auxiliary heating. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
