An unusual Holiday cottage in the heart of a friendly village in the Monts d'Ambazac!

In the heart of the pretty village of Maillorat, Lorine and Patrice have renovated this farmhouse to create 2 adjoining Holiday cottages with an original character. In love with their village, Hiking and heritage, Lorine is an avid painter and Patrice a keen potter, they have created an atypical atmosphere and layout for Holiday cottage N°1 and a singular ambiance, blending the authenticity of the premises with inspirations from their travels in Asia for Holiday cottage N°2. Rented together, they can accommodate 10 people. The garden at the front and the terrace at the back allow everyone to enjoy convivial or relaxing moments, in complete privacy. Sensitive to the environment, they supply all the organic products needed for hygiene and upkeep. The Holiday cottages are equipped with a micro-purification system that does not allow dishwashers. Holiday cottages at the foot of 3 VTT-FFC 11-14-15 trails, 4km from the La Jonchère Singletrack Bike Park. Enclosed bike shed.

Holiday cottage No. 1: Surface area 110 m². First floor: kitchen with fireplace, living room (accessible by a few steps) with fireplace area. A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor: mezzanine opening onto the living room, bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with toilet. 2nd floor accessed by a Japanese staircase: attic bedroom (2 single beds) with toilet. Electric barbecue.
Holiday cottage N°2: Surface area 110 m². First floor: kitchen with dining area opening onto the rear of the Holiday cottage with wooden terrace, living room, shower room, toilet. First floor: one bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed (160cm)). One of the bedrooms has a balcony area offering a lovely view of the village, wc. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
