Bertrand and Sandrine have restored the village's oldest house in a relaxing natural setting close to the Lac de Saint Pardoux. The house is very comfortable, and they have decorated it with taste and harmony. The industrial decor, with its mix of wood and metal, was entirely designed by Bertrand. An enthusiast, he created all the furniture: beds, table, bookcase... A host of clever features make this house atypical yet cosy.
You'll enjoy the two beautiful ponds, where fishing and walking are part of your daily routine. Depending on the season, if you're observant, you'll be able to see or hear the animals (frogs, deer, roe deer...) that live in this unspoilt environment.
Surface area 130 m². First floor: living room with kitchen and sitting area with wood-burning stove. This space opens onto a beautiful terrace facing the ponds. wc and laundry area. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm and 2 beds 90 cm), shower room with wc. 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm) with shower room and private wc. This room leads to a 2nd-floor attic bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Electric and wood heating. Library, table tennis. Bed linen and towels provided. No smoking in the house

Semaine au calme
5/5Nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Le gîte très beau,fidèle aux photos.Les pecheurs se sont régalés autour du lac. Des randonnées à proximité et lac de st pardoux pas loin (promenades, vélo, plages, acrobranche, sports nautiques). Merci pour les gourmandises!

Beautiful location with your own fishing lake
4/5The gite is in the most beautiful location - very rural and quiet, on a hill with a view over the fishing lake and further into the valey, the terrace is ideally located to relax and enjoy the gorgeous environment.
The bedrooms and living area's are all very comfortable and well equiped. We had plenty of space for 8 people including 2 children. The top bedroom does have very low ceiling height so only suitable for small children, and it does get very hot in there in the summer. We did mention to the owners that they should provide fans as it can get very hot in this region in the summer.
BBQ for use, plenty of outdoor seating and shade, ping pong table and basket ball hoop, fishing in the lake and a rowing boat. Very cute duck on the lake (but please get her a companion!) So much to do nearby at Lac de Saint Pardoux. Would highly recommend.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Joli petit étang de pêche dans le creux d'un vallon, au calme et en pleine nature !
De quoi bien se dépayser, se ressourcer et attraper quelques carpeaux !

Séjour pêche
5/5Réunis pour une semaine détente-pêche comme depuis plus de 20 ans, nous avons très apprécié cette location. Aménagée avec goût, nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour même si les poissons se sont montrés quelque peu boudeurs.
L'accueil était sympathique. Nous regrettons toutefois l'absence de terrasse couverte pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur en cas de pluie et d'un petit frigo dans le local pêche. Gîte à recommander pour famille désirant se mettre au vert!- Cleanliness 5/5
