Bertrand and Sandrine have restored the village's oldest house in a relaxing natural setting close to the Lac de Saint Pardoux. The house is very comfortable, and they have decorated it with taste and harmony. The industrial decor, with its mix of wood and metal, was entirely designed by Bertrand. An enthusiast, he created all the furniture: beds, table, bookcase... A host of clever features make this house atypical yet cosy.
You'll enjoy the two beautiful ponds, where fishing and walking are part of your daily routine. Depending on the season, if you're observant, you'll be able to see or hear the animals (frogs, deer, roe deer...) that live in this unspoilt environment.

Surface area 130 m². First floor: living room with kitchen and sitting area with wood-burning stove. This space opens onto a beautiful terrace facing the ponds. wc and laundry area. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm and 2 beds 90 cm), shower room with wc. 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm) with shower room and private wc. This room leads to a 2nd-floor attic bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Electric heating and wood heating. Library, table tennis. Bed linen and towels provided. No smoking in the house.
