Surface 130 m². On the ground floor, living room with kitchen and relaxation area with stove-fireplace. This space opens onto a very beautiful terrace facing the ponds. wc and laundry area. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds), shower room with wc. 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed) with shower room and private toilet. This room gives access to the 2nd floor in an attic room with 2 beds 90 cm. Electric heating and wood. Library, table tennis. Sheets and towels provided. We do not smoke in the house Bertrand and Sandrine have restored the oldest house in the village in a peaceful setting close to the lake of Saint Pardoux. This house is very comfortable; they decorated it with taste and harmony. The industrial decoration which mixes wood and metal was entirely made by Bertrand. Passionate, he created all the furniture: beds, table, bookcase... Lots of tricks make this house an atypical but cozy place.
You will enjoy the two very beautiful ponds where fishing and walking will punctuate your daily life. Depending on the season, if you are observant, you will be able to see or hear the animals (frogs, deer, roe deer, etc.) that live in this preserved environment.

Tres bon accueil des propriétaires.
Avis mitigé sur la proximité de la maison d'en face, un peu dérangeant surtout lorsqu'il y a des travaux..

5/5Avec un soleil généreux, c'est un endroit vraiment tellement agréable pour se ressourcer ou découvrir cette magnifique région.
Le gîte a tout ce qu'il faut en équipements et loisirs pour un séjour parfait.
Déco de caractère très sympa.
Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et chaleureux.
