The Holiday cottage du Manoir is set in the heart of the Manoir des Perrières, a guest house nestled in magnificent grounds with a heated swimming pool at the entrance to the village of Rochechouart. It is an extension of the tea room (open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and close to a Restaurant due to open in 2025. The Piscine is shared with guests of the Domaine's 5 Bed and breakfasts and is open from May to September. Comfortable and elegantly decorated, the Holiday cottage is distinguished by a touch of originality in the second-floor bedroom, designed as a Cabin overlooking the ground-floor bedroom, while preserving total privacy.
Surface area 50 m². First floor: kitchen with dining area and lounge, bedroom (1 double bed 160), shower room with wc. First floor: bedroom fitted out as a closed mezzanine with 2 twin beds (80cm) which can be converted into a double bed (160cm). Reversible electric heating and air-conditioning. Laundry service available on request. The gîte's terrace is in front of the gîte, adjoining the tea room and separated by a breakwater. This gîte has been designed for people with reduced mobility.

Altough we think perfection doesn't exsist, we are obliged to reconsider our opinion.
The warmth of the complete staff, the cleanliness are of an exceptional level.
Swimmingpool is a great joy to use. AC in the gite of remarkeble quality, even by 42°C it worked perfectly.
If you have a lazy day, you can order breakfast and the tearoom a the venue is a great asset.- Cleanliness

geli Schön, teils etwas unpraktisch
Design leider teils wichtiger als Komfort:
Oberes Zimmer nicht zu belüften. Im unteren Schlafzimmer Fenster nur ganz zu öffnen (ungut in der Nacht). Licht in einem Schlafzimmer sichtbar im anderen, - störend in der Nacht. Relativ wenig Geschirr, so dass die Spülmaschine sinnlos ist, weil man es gleich wieder braucht.
Terrassen Trennwand zum Teesalon zu vernachlässigen. Pool leider erst am letzten Tag geöffnet (bei gleichem Wetter wie an den Vortagen).- Cleanliness

Dagga Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte entièrement refait à neuf le tout dans un domaine exceptionnel. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés. Le salon de thé juste à côté aussi tenu par les propriétaires est décoré avec goût.

Pauline Séjour aout 2025
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le gîte attenant au manoir.
Le cadre est agreable et nous avons adoré la présence du salon de thé juste à côté, qui sert un excellent carrot cake.
Le gîte est beau, propre, pratique. La literie, les draps et serviettes sont de belle qualité.
Pour couronner le tout, les propriétaires font preuve d'une gentillesse et bienveillance incroyable.
