In a hamlet 400 m from Lac de Vassivière (1,000 ha): water sports, supervised swimming with beach, fishing, hiking around the lake, shuttle boat. The detached house opens onto fully enclosed grounds of approx. 500 m².

Surface area 70 m². First floor: bright living room including kitchen (dishwasher) with dining area, sitting room (TV). Shower room with wc. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double sofa bed), wc. Propane gas central heating, pellet stove. Garden Chalet for bikes and Fishing equipment (outdoor sink).
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

    REPOSANT

    Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison, le descriptif de l'annonce reflet la réalité, charmante maison avec tout le confort, literie, cuisine bien aménagé et bien accessoirisé, salle de bain pratique, il ne manque pas de rangement dans les chambres, l'espace dans les pièces est suffisante et aéré, l'extérieur est hyper agréable, ombre, parking voiture, pelouse, barbecue, transat, fil à linge, etc...
    Le site soit le lac de Vassivière à 5 minutes à pied, nous avons adoré, course à pied et randonnée, vous comblerons, surtout faite un tour à l'ile de Vassivière vous y dégusterez le pain du boulanger...
    Pour finir, le propriétaire est très serviable.
