In a hamlet 400 m from Lac de Vassivière (1,000 ha): water sports, supervised swimming with beach, fishing, hiking around the lake, shuttle boat. The detached house opens onto fully enclosed grounds of approx. 500 m².
Surface area 70 m². First floor: bright living room including kitchen (dishwasher) with dining area, sitting room (TV). Shower room with wc. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double sofa bed), wc. Propane gas central heating, pellet stove. Garden Chalet for bikes and Fishing equipment (outdoor sink).
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Michel Capra Excellente adresse
En dehors de la situation à quelques centaines de mètres du lac de Vassiviere et de chemins de randonnées, le gite est très confortable et équipé de tout ce qu'il faut, la cuisine est équipée de nombreuses pièces de vaisselle. Lit et canapé très confortables, douche ne posant aucun soucis de débit ou température. Le jardin est un endroit agréable pour manger, à l'ombre d'un joli feuillage. Attention néanmoins aux guêpes, assez présentes pendant notre séjour.
Grands mercis à Monsieur Roux qui s'est assuré de notre confort, et félicitations pour l'accueil par un prestataire de qualité.
