An unusual gîte in the heart of a friendly village in the Monts d'Ambazac!

In the heart of the pretty village of Maillorat, Lorine and Patrice have renovated this farmhouse to create 2 adjoining Holiday cottages with an original character. In love with their village, its Hiking and heritage, and with a passion for painting for Lorine and pottery for Patrice, they have created an atypical atmosphere and layout for Holiday cottage N°1: small steps, spiral or Japanese staircases, spacious rooms, furniture full of stories, paintings, souvenirs of their life in Japan.... all with comfort and a contemporary touch! A pleasant walled garden at the front allows you to relax and take part in the convivial life of this village! Sensitive to the environment, they supply all the organic products needed for hygiene and upkeep. The Holiday cottage is equipped with a micro-purification plant, which does not allow the installation of a dishwasher. Access to the Holiday cottage is via the passageway in front of Holiday cottage no. 2.

Surface area 110 m². First floor: kitchen with fireplace, living room (accessible by a few steps) with fireplace area. A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor: mezzanine opening onto the living room, bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with toilet. 2nd floor accessed by a Japanese staircase: attic bedroom (2 single beds) with toilet. Electric barbecue. One-night rentals available on request.
The Holiday cottage is at the foot of 3 VTT-FFC 11-14-15 trails and 4km from the La Jonchère Singletrack Bike Park. Enclosed bike shed.
