Near the medieval town of Saint Léonard de Noblat, detached Holiday cottage set in large, enclosed grounds, not overlooked. It opens onto a spacious covered terrace at the rear, a lawn with a private 11 x 4.3 m heated swimming pool open from mid-May to end-September, a boules pitch and lush Countryside. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
Area 220 m². Ground floor: kitchen open to the dining area, living room with wood stove, bedroom (1 140 cm bed), shower room, wc, access. pers. with low mobility. Upstairs: 6 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 160 cm bed, 3 90 cm beds, 2 90 x 200 cm beds and 2 80 x 200 cm twin beds), shower room, bathroom, 2 separate toilets, 2 cots, 2 baby chairs, changing mat. Central heating, wi-fi (fiber). On request, barn for motorcycles, bicycles, fishing or hiking equipment... Car parking inside the enclosed grounds. On request possibility of provision of a video projector and a screen on foot. Near the medieval city of Saint Léonard de Noblat, independent gite located on a large enclosed plot, not overlooked. It opens to the rear onto a spacious covered terrace, a lawn with a private 11 x 4.3 m swimming pool, heated and open from mid-May to mid-October (early May if weather conditions permit), a bowling green and the green countryside. Marie-Christine and Christian welcome you with your pets (dogs, cats, horses...).

Alex Magnifique Gîte
Nous avons passés un excellent week-end en famille.
La maison est grande et fonctionnelle avec des chambres et des salles bain bien agencés.
La cuisine est bien équipée et le logement est impeccable. Une belle terrasse et piscine à disposition.
La propriétaire est accueillante et au petit soin avec ces hôtes
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

en famille BRAVO et MERCI
c'est la deuxième fois que notre famille(15 adultes)séjournent aux "DAMES" pour fêter NOEL .
Accueil chaleureux ,tant par la propriétaire ,que par la déco et les présents offerts.Quant au Gîte ,aucun défaut à signaler: Propreté ,Equipement cuisine, literie, sanitaire ,tout est impeccable .
Environnement du Gîte: Intéressant ""c'est la FRANCE profonde" "où nous avons apprécié le calme ,les paysages ,la luminosité ,le bâti..et où nous avons pu faire quelques belles promenades sans oublier St Leonard très typique .
Le LIMOUSIN est vraiment une belle région qui mérite le détour .Mais il y a toujours un mais ..Il est vraiment dommage que de nombreux bâtiments inoccupés se dégradent. Notre génération saura t'elle faire le nécessaire pour sauvegarder ce patrimoine ?
FELICITATIONS aux propriétaires des DAMES qui, eux, ont su mettre en valeur ce bâti sans négliger le confort dont nous ne savons plus nous passer .En famille recommande ce Havre de paix!

Merci pour votre avis...et oui ! la France de l'intérieur mérite le détour pour se retrouver, profiter les uns des autres, se reposer au calme à la campagne, loin de la cohue...mais pas isolés pour autant. A une prochaine fois peut-être...

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end dans ce gîte où il peut accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes pour dormir. Il y a tout pour faire une cousinade ou un anniversaire !
La maison est bien pensée avec une salle à manger où on a mangé jusqu'à 20 personnes à table.
Un préau à l'extérieur avec une grande table aussi.
Je recommande ce gîte et nous y reviendrons sans souci.
