Set in a quiet hamlet in southern Haute-Vienne, on the borders of Périgord and Corrèze, this fully-renovated house opens onto the Countryside. It features a terrace with a private 4x9m heated swimming pool, open from June to mid-September, weather permitting, and parking. Petanque court. Nearby: Hiking trails, water skiing, Père Castor library .... Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddle, baby skiing...
Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied for 1st fire), kitchen opening onto terraces, 1/2 floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160cm), the other with 2 single beds (90cm), shower room, separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 under-roof bedrooms, one with 1 160cm bed, the other with 3 single beds, shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating. Plancha grill.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Gaëlle C. Séjour très agréable
Nous sommes venus en famille élargie (10 personnes dont un enfant de 2 ans !). Nous avons passé 2 semaines très sympa. Nous avons trouvé un gîte magnifique en parfait état, bien pensé et très bien aménagé. Rien a redire sur le confort ! Et des petites attentions laissées par les propriétaires à notre arrivée.
2 semaines à profiter de la piscine et du jardin bien entretenus !
Communication très fluide avec les propriétaires !
