Set in the heart of the countryside, this completely detached house opens onto a courtyard via a few steps; the courtyard extends into a lawn shaded by a magnificent linden tree. The Monts de Blond offer a nature-filled getaway: hiking, mountain biking, and historic sites such as Mortemart, Bellac, Montrol-Senard, or Oradour-sur-Glane and its memorial museum. In the hamlet, another holiday cottage can accommodate 15 people.

On the raised ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 double bed, 140 cm), one bedroom (2 single beds, 90 cm), and one bedroom (1 double bed, 140 cm). Bathroom, toilet.
