3 km from the 6 Maulde dams, detached house set in a quiet hamlet in the rolling, verdant Limousin mountains. It opens onto approx. 2,000 m² of wooded, enclosed grounds. Lake Vassivière (1,000 ha) 17 km away, Bujaleuf Beach 3 km.
Surface area 100 m². Ground floor: living room, kitchen, sitting area with pellet stove, shower room with toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), shower room with toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 double beds). Electric heating. Private bowling green, equipped Fishing room (livewell, fridge, water). Large secure garage.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Frédéric Un agréable séjour !!!!
Un gite fonctionnel avec tout le confort nécessaire et avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes du Limousin. Un gite au calme pour des vacances reposantes et passer un agréable séjour dans le Limousin.
