Beautiful, detached 18th-century maison de maître opening onto a large lawn with flowers and shrubs. Private heated Piscine (9x4), open from May 20 to late September, weather permitting. Broad views over the rolling meadows of the Parc Naturel Périgord Limousin.

Surface area 230 m². First floor: large living room with sitting area, fireplace and wood-burning stove, kitchen, laundry room, wc. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (3 double beds (160cm), 2 single beds), bathroom, shower room, wc. 2nd floor: large bedroom (6 single beds), shower room, wc. Central heating. Large gaming room (ping-pong, badmington, volleyball, basketball), garage. Beds made on arrival. Housekeeping on request. Porch. Heating 98€/week from November to May, 70€/week other months if necessary. 1 dog accepted (except 1st and 2nd category dogs). No overcrowding allowed. Flexible arrival and departure times in mid and low season.
