Cottage on the garden. Surface 68 m² on one level. Living room with kitchen area, lounge area (2-seater BZ sofa), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, shower room, wc. Electric heating. Terrace 10 m². Secure fishing area.
On site: heated and covered swimming pool, shared laundry room (washing machine, dryer).
Optional, baby kit, cleaning fee. Dogs accepted under conditions (1/gîte, kept on a leash, 1st and 2nd category prohibited). Gîte located in a hamlet of 12 pavilions, in a landscaped area of 1.5 ha, on the edge of a 9 ha fishing pond. Swimming pool open from 8/4 to 1/11/2023

Payment methods

The price does not include excess electricity and heating. Baby kit on reservation subject to availability, package at 5 €. Loan of a barbecue against a deposit of 60 €.
