In a quiet hamlet, 10 km from the medieval town of Saint L2onard de Noblat, the detached house opens onto pleasant lawned grounds. Just 4 km away, the Taurion valley is renowned for its predator fishing.
Surface area 122 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette opening onto a south-facing terrace, sitting area and open fireplace, accessed by 3 steps: shower room, wc, 1 bedroom (1 double bed). First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 Umbrella bed), bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Garage. Holiday cottage equipped with "green up access" plug for electric vehicles.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

CJMLYONNAIS Excellent gite
Gite bien équipé, il ne manque rien,avec une excellente literie, dans la verdure et le calme absolu. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui n'ont pas manqué d'attentions, confitures maisons, clafoutis maison.. Tous commerces, banques, poste.. à St Léonard de Noblat mais il existe aussi des hypermarchés pas très loin facilement accessibles.
Très belle région à visiter, ses villages, ses lacs, ses monts, propices à de nombreuses randonnées. Tous nos remerciements aux propriétaires pour ce séjour sympathique.- Cleanliness

Benjamin Maison confortable
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, avec de la confiture maison. le gîte est confortable, très bien équipé. Juste un petit souci de condensation dans les toilettes du rdc, lié à la forte hausse des températures au moment de notre séjour. Rien de grave.
