The detached house opens onto a private courtyard and lawned grounds. The hamlet is close to the fishing sites of the Taurion valley and the medieval town of Saint Léonard de Noblat.
Surface area 90 m². First floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom accessible by 3 steps (1 double bed) with its own small bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 Umbrella bed), bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Garage. Holiday cottage equipped with "green up access" plug for electric vehicles.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Accueil très bon, et gite fort bien équipé.
Au calme dans la campagne favorisant la lecture...et permettant la découverte du patrimoine de cette région, lieu de passage pour rejoindre l’Auvergne et les Alpes.

Sebastien F Sejour au calme dans un hammeau en pleine campagne
Super acceuil des propriétaires, maison bien equipée et assez grande pour sejour en famille les 3 chambres sont apréciables. L'exterieur aussi.
Voisins sympathiques avec des enfants qui ont permis à notre fils de jouer avec des enfants de son age pendant ces vacances scolaires.
La region est belle, mais il ne faut pas avoir peur de faire des km en voiture.
Des animations apreciées pendant cette période d'été, les marchés de st Leonard (medieval et de producteurs), lac à proximité(rayon 30min) pour baignade en été..
