Just outside Limoges, a gîte with a large shared swimming pool (15x5) and a magnificent view over the Vienne valley!

Domaine de Juriol is a family home where several generations live together in harmony. Isabelle and Marion live with their family in the beautiful main house, while Isabelle's parents live on the other side of the courtyard. Full of energy and good humor, they'll be delighted to show you around 'la demeure', which has been set up in the adjoining part of the main house. Each guest has his or her own entrance, and can enjoy lunch in his or her own private outdoor area. The magnificent 2.5-hectare park is a haven of peace, with panoramic views over the Vienne valley. On site, a large heated Piscine (15 x 5 m) is shared with the family (open from 1/06 to 30/09) and a small Holiday cottage for 2 people. It's the perfect place for unforgettable family moments and precious memories. Access to the pool house is reserved for the owners. 2 dogs share the family life on the estate. The Domaine is located 6 km from the entrance to Limoges.

Surface area 140 m². First floor: kitchen, living room with sitting area, laundry room, wc. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (3 x 160 cm beds), one with en-suite shower room. Bathroom, separate toilet. Oil heating. Wifi via 4G key. Pétanque and table tennis courts.
