Just 20 minutes from Limoges, the gîte adjoins the owners' home and another house. It opens onto a terrace at the rear and a totally private, partially enclosed plot not overlooked. A heated 4 x 2 m above-ground swimming pool is open from early May to late September, weather permitting. Private parking. A lovely pond of just over a hectare is accessible via a dirt track (approx. 500 m) that passes through the family's farm.
Ground floor: through living room with fitted kitchen, ethanol fireplace and lounge area. Laundry room with toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 x 160 cm double beds and 4 x 90 cm single beds), bathroom, shower room and toilet; central heating. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Pesatoux choisir un gîte
Séjour agréable.
Gîte en très bon état, cependant escaliers (dangereux) ainsi que la marche pour accéder à 2 chambres.
Chambre aux cloisons trop étroites pour y recevoir un lit de 180 de large, si non tout le reste est satisfaisant.

Angélique Bon séjour, gîte agréable.
Très bon séjour en famille (vacances de Noël).
Très bonne literie. Chambres et Salles de bains confortables.
Manque quelques éléments de confort dans la salle de séjour: cheminée ou poêle, fauteuils.....
