Located close to Limoges' various medical centers (clinics and CHU) and next to the university, Compostelle is a contemporary detached pavilion offering excellent amenities in a pleasant setting. Close to the road and the Bayles traffic circle, this rental is ideally located for all services and amenities. Inside, Alexandra and Raphaël have chosen to decorate the house in a contemporary, bright and comfortable style. The garden is shared by the 3 rentals, but each has its own private terrace with garden furniture and a pétanque court. For stays of 1 to 4 nights, rental includes: bed linen, towels, cleaning and heating. Compulsory cleaning (€75) payable on site for stays of 5 nights or more.

Living room with sitting area (2-person sofa bed) and kitchen area opening onto terrace and garden, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with private shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 180cm bed or 2x2 twin 90cm beds), shower room, toilet, laundry room. Baby Equipment on request. Electric heating and reversible air-conditioning in living room. Possibility of 2 additional people on request.
