Relax in the heart of nature

Latterie is located in the extreme south of the département, on the edge of Périgord. A castle once stood on the site, and a Hiking trail passes through the hamlet, allowing visitors to discover this rich local heritage (the Château de Montbrun is one of these jewels). The Holiday cottage is named "Marie-Louise" in memory of the former owner who, in the last century, ran a small bistro much appreciated by those who frequented the nearby forge. It has a beautiful, unobstructed view over the Countryside, and is not overlooked. Enclosed courtyard to the front, extended by a continuous lawned area and another lawned area to the rear.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet, 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm double bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm double bed and 1 x 90 cm single bed). Electric heating. South-facing, the Holiday cottage opens via a small veranda and a few steps onto a walled courtyard extended by the laneway, which is rarely used by vehicles. In the adjoining garage: washing machine, relaxation and gaming room.
