On the edge of the Charente, 16 km from Confolens and its famous festival, a stone's throw from the Monts de Blond massif, a hiker's paradise with its unspoilt trails and landscapes of forests mixed with meadows, the Holiday cottage is located in a peaceful hamlet, close to a cow-breeding farm. It opens onto a vast enclosed plot of land, ideal for families and nature lovers looking for peace and quiet.

Ground floor: living room with open kitchen and fireplace, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed and 1 x 90 cm single bed, baby bed), shower room, wc and small laundry room. On the attic floor, mezzanine open onto the living room (sofa bed), 1 large bedroom (1 x 140 cm double bed and 1 x 110 cm single bed). Electric heating and wood heating by insert.
