A garden with its vegetable patch, a heated swimming pool (shared with the owners, open from 1/06 to 15/09 and heated from 1/07 to 1/09), walks around the property.

Surface area 130 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area opening onto a lovely terrace with panoramic views over the Vienne valley. A wood-burning stove is a welcome approval for autumn evenings. One bedroom for 2 (1 bed 160 cm) with private shower room opens onto the Piscine. Separate toilet. Laundry area. Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 160 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom for 2 (2 x 90 cm beds) with en-suite shower room. separate wc. Electric heating and wood heating. Trampoline. Table tennis. Bed linen and towels provided.
