On a beautiful estate on the outskirts of Limoges, this charming, comfortable Holiday cottage offers a unique panorama of the Vienne valley. A garden with its vegetable patch, a heated swimming pool (shared with the owners, open from 1/06 to 15/09 and heated from 1/07 to 1/09), walks around the property.
Surface area 130 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area opening onto a lovely terrace with panoramic views over the Vienne valley. A wood-burning stove is a welcome approval for autumn evenings. One bedroom for 2 (1 bed 160 cm) with private shower room opens onto the Piscine. Separate toilet. Laundry area. Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 160 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom for 2 (2 x 90 cm beds) with en-suite shower room. separate wc. Electric heating and wood heating. Trampoline. Table tennis. Bed linen and towels provided.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Florian Un lieu enchanteur pour se ressourcer
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Isabelle & son mari. L'endroit est idéal pour se reposer, en profitant d'une magnifique terrasse et d'un panorama sur la nature limousine. Le logement est parfait pour une famille - il y a tout le nécessaire (mobilier des jardins, cuisine, buanderie). Les 3 salles de bain sont un véritable atout également. La décoration est soignée, le jardin très bien entretenu, avec de nombreuses fleurs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent throughout. The gîte is lovely, and the hosts were welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. It is very well equipped. The terrace is spacious, with loungers and a large table for meals. The view is stunning.

Isabelle and Gerard really are the perfect hosts and make you feel so special. Their gites is set in beatiful surrounding with many local sites and attractions on offer. We became part of the family for our week and are extremely grateful for the hospitality shown. What a perfect week. Merci beaucoup!

Benjamin et Aude Super séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Isabelle et Gérard. Un accueil chaleureux et un gîte avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée dans un environnement calme et reposant. À cela s’ajoute une belle piscine pour se rafraîchir.

Solène Magnifique
Une magnifique maison superbement rénovée, au milieu d’un très beau jardin fleuri, avec une vue plongeante sur la campagne vallonnée.
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires.
Le seul point négatif est l’absence de volets extérieurs, qui auraient permis de contrer un peu le soleil en cette période de canicule et de réduire la chaleur des chambres à l’étage. Mais la grande piscine permet de se rafraîchir agréablement !- Cleanliness
