In the heart of a small hamlet in Basse Marche, this house is attached to another dwelling. It has its own entrance, terrace and enclosed garden. The spacious, functional house can comfortably accommodate two families. If you wish, Daniel and Hélène, retired farmers, whose family home this is, invite you to visit their farm, now run by their children in a nearby hamlet.
Surface area 180 m². First floor: kitchen, living room with sitting room, bathroom, wc, laundry room. First floor: 4 bedrooms (4 double beds, 2 single beds, baby bed), shower room, wc. Heating by heat pump.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

1810eric Sejour agréable au calme
Nous avons passé un séjour au calme dans ce petit hameau. Accueil sympa des propriétaires, ne pas oublier de visiter leur exploitation. Le gite en lui même est très grand, pratique et fonctionnel, la construction ancienne isole bien des épisodes de canicule que nous avons eu..; Le terrain est bien clôturé et arboré.
Si vous chercher le calme et la tranquillité. La proximité des commerces à moins de 15 minutes en voiture.- Cleanliness
