Chalendeix nestles in the hinterland of Lac de Vassivière and the lush, wooded countryside of the Parc Naturel Régional de Millevaches. A beautifully restored stone barn, it houses the family and, with completely independent access, the gîte, which can also be rented out as a B&B. Musical listening room or seminar room in another building by prior arrangement.

All living and sleeping areas face the valley opposite the house. First floor: large living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90), shower room with private wc, accessible to people with reduced mobility. 1st floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds (90cm) and a single bed (90cm), one with en-suite shower room and wc, the other with en-suite bathroom and wc. 2nd floor, under the rafters, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds 90, one with en-suite shower room and wc, the other with en-suite shower room and wc. Electric heating. Grass terrace on two levels.
