For the past two years, Alexandra and Raphaël have been making Limoges a comfortable and friendly place to stay. They have designed a complex of three modern pavilions, including the semi-detached L'Isloise and Kaolin, ideally located a stone's throw from the road and the Bayles traffic circle, in the immediate vicinity of the medical centers (CHU and Clinique), the university and all amenities. Here, everything is designed to make your stay as easy as possible, and everything is All inclusive, whether for business or pleasure. Inside, the décor is contemporary, bright and ultra-comfortable. Outside, you'll enjoy a landscaped area where you can relax and share good times: petanque court, hammock, communal garden, etc., while retaining your private space thanks to a dedicated terrace. The site can be rented as a whole or by the room, depending on the season.

2 non-communicating Semi-detached houses, each 97 m² on first floor. Living room with sitting area (convertible sofa bed for 2) and kitchen area opening onto terrace and garden, one bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 180 or 2x2 twin beds 90), shower room, toilet, laundry room. Baby equipment on request. Electric heating and reversible air-conditioning. 3 pers suppl possible on request.
In each house, depending on the season, it is possible to rent
- 2 suites, each for 3 people, consisting of 2 bedrooms with TV, shower room and toilet, a small space between the 2 bedrooms for breakfast, with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and hob.
- 2 apartments, each for 2 people, comprising a bedroom with shower room, wc, living room with kitchen area and sitting room.
Pets allowed on request at extra cost for Holiday cottage rental. They are not accepted for room rental.
