Small self-contained gîte on a remarkable site overlooking the Maulde valley and Mont Larron dam. Lac de Vassivière 10 km away. On-site lawn and heated swimming pool, shared with the owners (open from May to late September, weather permitting).

Surface area 31 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette and fireplace (13 m²), shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1 double bed, 1 folding bed, 1 crib). Electric heating. Laundry, fishing room.

    LAVERDURE

    Très bon gîte. Accueil sympathique. Idéal pour qui aime le calme, la beauté des paysages verdoyants du Limousin. Séjour très reposant. Belles ballades à faire aux alentours (Vassivière, villes et villages de caractère...).

    Séjour extra

    Un séjour reposant dans un cadre verdoyant et très bien entretenu ideal pour se reposer.
    Nos hôtes sont accueillants et discrets; leur piscine est un plus pour se détendre.
    Nous recommandons ce petit coin de paradis à ceux qui aiment la nature.

    séjour Peyrat le Chateau

    Au calme, belle vue sur la campagne. Manque 1 bouteille d'eau au frais quand on arrive!
    logement très petit. Le lavabo salle d'eau est un lave main, trop petit. Gite en vis à vis avec propriétaire et locataire, pas d'ombre de la journée pour profiter des extérieurs. Piscine agréable et bonne situation avec le lac de Vassivière.
