Small self-contained gîte on a remarkable site overlooking the Maulde valley and Mont Larron dam. Lac de Vassivière 10 km away. On-site lawn and heated swimming pool, shared with the owners (open from May to late September, weather permitting).

Surface area 31 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette and fireplace (13 m²), shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1 double bed, 1 folding bed, 1 crib). Electric heating. Laundry, fishing room.

Endroit idéal pour se déconnecter, dans un magnifique écrin de verdure, entretenu a la perfection par les propriétaires, Régis et Gabrielle.
2 personnes qui vous accueillent avec gentillesse et convivialité.
Le +, la piscine chauffée à 28 degrés et le gîte très bien équipé.
A recommander fortement.

Tranquilité dans un cadre superbe

Séjour superbe dans un gîte très propre et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Par de fortes chaleurs nous avons profité pleinement de la piscine à 29° et du barbecue avec de beaux morceaux de viande limousine. Superbes paysages naturels et proximité du lac de Vassivière, belles randonnées sur de nombreux sentiers de randonnée bien balisés.
Idéal pour ceux qui veulent retrouver le silence, pas un bruit de moteur, uniquement les chants des oiseaux
