Babaud is a small hamlet in southern Haute-Vienne, very quiet and peaceful. The house is totally independent and not overlooked. It is surrounded by a lawn with shady areas. The land is not completely enclosed (no gate). Terrace.
Ground floor (stairs between parking lot and entrance): living room with sitting area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140cm and 2 single beds 90cm), bathroom, wc. Oil-fired central heating.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
