Located close to Limoges, the Vieux Poirier gîte hamlet comprises 23 independent wooden chalets spread over a 2-hectare estate with a lovely view over the Vienne valley. A pleasant swimming pool (15 x 7.5m) is available on site from 1/07 to 31/08. Ping-pong, hiking and relaxation are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay in this self-catering village. The hamlet is close to the commune's reception halls, making it easy to organize festive events (birthdays, weddings...) while staying on site. (Total capacity: 100 beds).
Accessed by a few steps, the chalet is on the first floor. Living room with kitchenette, 2 small bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), shower room, wc. Terrace with garden furniture. Baby equipment available on request. Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot at the entrance to the gîte.

Family T Mauvais rapport qualité prix
Gite trop cher et vetuste.
Le plancher n est pas droit, il s affaisse sur toute la partie sdb toilette.
La VMC est extrêmement bruyante dans la chambre parentale.
La literie est de piètre qualité et le ménage tout juste correct.
Points positifs : la récupération des clés dans une boîte a code et la gentillesse de notre interlocutrice par téléphone- Cleanliness

POSITIF MAIS UN PROBLEME: IMPOSSIBLE DE FAIRE CUIRE UNE VIANDE;LA POELE NE CONVIENT PAS AVEC LA PLAQUE.PAS DE TAPIS SALLE DE BAIN.

Nous vous remercions pour votre retour. Nous avons pris note de vos remarques et les avons transmises au responsable des gîtes afin de vérifier l'équipement de vaisselle. Pour le tapis de bains, il faut le prévoir, il n'est pas fourni.

User01 Gite sympathique avec quelques déceptions
Satisfait du gite, qui répond aux besoins pour un week-end entre amis. Mais le bungalow était très sale et certaines portes ne fermaient pas (restent entrebâillées) : salle de bain, toilettes !
L'accueil fut bienveillant et le village est sympathique. Je le recommande pour un séjour sportif et sans exigence de grand confort.- Cleanliness
