House with shared Piscine in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin

In the south of the department, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin, this old stone barn has been completely renovated by the Knipe family, who live in an adjoining British house. The gîte has its own entrance, large grounds and terrace, and is totally independent. A heated swimming pool (12x5 m) is shared with the owners, and is open from early May to late September, weather permitting.

First floor: 90 m² living room: fitted kitchen with island, dining area, lounge and wood-burning stove. Laundry room, wc and shower. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 x 160 cm double beds and 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be twinned, crib). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet (one has a bathtub). End-of-stay cleaning (€100) is compulsory and must be paid on arrival.
