Just a stone's throw from the town center and shops, it's within easy reach of the heart of Bordeaux City by Public transport, bus (700m) and tramway (1.6 Km). WIFI access is provided by fiber optic cable. This residence, a major part of the old winegrowing building, comprises 3 bedrooms: Pauillac bedroom with 2 beds 0.90 m × 2 m, Moulis bedroom with 1 bed 1.20 m × 1.86 m and Margaux bedroom with 1 bed 1.40×1.90 m, a shower room / WC included, a bathroom / WC included. The living room features a comfortable lounge with exposed stonework and a decorative fireplace. It is connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave). Heating is provided by a reversible hot/cold heat pump. The garden, with its decorative stone well, is enclosed by an electric gate. It invites you to relax and enjoy lunch in the shade of a hundred-year-old maple tree with wrought-iron garden furniture. Kids can play here and walk to the playground at Parc du Vivier, 100 m away. You can bring your car inside. Towels are available at extra cost, but bed linen is provided. End-of-stay cleaning option available at extra cost. In winter, heating package to be paid at time of booking. You're at the gateway to the famous Médoc vineyards, 14 km from Bordeaux and 45 km from the ocean beaches. Château du Taillan, cru bourgeois Exceptionnel Haut-Médoc, one of the oldest listed properties, awaits your visit in its 16th-century cellars 300 meters from our Holiday cottage.
