Set in an authentic, single-story fisherman’s bungalow, let yourself be charmed by its warm atmosphere and private, tree-lined courtyard. A true oasis of coolness in the summer, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy sunny days with its outdoor furniture and ping-pong table, just a 10-minute walk from the City center, at the entrance to the Aiguillon neighborhood, and close to the Beach.
The holiday cottage features a cozy living area with a dining room (extendable table) and a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer), a cozy living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a game table with a chessboard, two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with a shower, sink, and hair dryer, and a separate toilet. For a stress-free stay, bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
You’ll also appreciate its prime location, with a grocery store, stationery shop, and bread stand on the street, a Pharmacy right across the street, swimming just 1.5 km away, and the famous Dune du Pilat 10.3 km away. Arcachon boasts a unique rooftop terrace, perched 20 meters above the water, offering a 360° panoramic view of the Bay—from the stilted cabins on Île aux Oiseaux all the way to Cap Ferret. Every evening, the spectacle of a majestic sunset enhances the experience. You can rent a pinasse through our partner for a customized boat trip on the Sea.
When it comes to dining, the owner warmly recommends the restaurant La Fleur de Pin as well as the famous Poissonnerie de l’Aiguillon, located just a few steps from the holiday cottage.
