Ideally located in the center of Arcachon near the Olympia theater, a few steps from the basin, the Casino and the train station, Villa Symphonie welcomes you for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Housed in a characterful 17th-century building, this apartment has its own entrance and private garden (garden furniture and 2 deckchairs). For your convenience, there's a private, secure parking lot inside the residence, ideal for parking.
Villa Symphonie is fully furnished on the first floor. A beautiful entrance hall opens onto the main living area with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge (stereo, DVD player). There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.40mx1.90m) and two single beds (0.90mx1.90m), a shower room and separate toilet.
For your convenience, bed linen, table linen and towels are provided. Electric heating.
