Villa Socorro

Located in a residential area of Le Teich, close to shops and directly on a cycle path, Villa Socorro is ideally placed for enjoying the charms of the Bay of Arcachon: the port and bird sanctuary of Le Teich are just one kilometer away, Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat 15 km (1 hour by bike). This recently built villa comprises three large rooms with white wood cladding.
In the center, the bright living room features a large bay window, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. It is heated in winter by a pellet stove.
On either side of this central room are two large, totally independent bedrooms, the first equipped with 160 cm bedding, the second with 2 80 cm wide beds, which can be twinned to make a large double bed (160 cm). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (sink, walk-in shower, heated towel rail) and separate WC: ideal for two couples of friends or a family with 2 Kids.
Outside, you'll enjoy two private terraces: the first with two steps up from the parking lot, on the sunrise side with garden furniture, gas plancha and a large table for outdoor meals; the second, facing south and the setting sun, around the private Piscine, available exclusively to you every day from 10am to 8pm (heated swim lane from May to October, depending on outside temperature).
