Ideally located between Cap Ferret and Arcachon, Villa Saphir welcomes you for a pleasant stay in a quiet, residential setting close to the Bassin and shops. Here, you're in Arès: depending on the tides, you can relax on the Beach, go for a walk in one of the magnificent natural areas, or cycle along the many cycle paths.
This new 70 m² house has its own private garden and covered terrace. It comprises a main room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room (TV, stereo, DVD player), two bedrooms (one with a single bed (140x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm)), a shower room and separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Parking space within the property. Outside laundry room with washing machine, dryer and cleaning equipment.
Optional extras to be paid directly to owners: possibility of end-of-stay cleaning package or cleaning deposit (120€).
Electric heating (heating package extra from October 1 to May 15).
Dogs and cats are welcome with a fixed fee per animal. Category 1 & 2 dogs are not accepted. Rental reserved exclusively for private individuals.

Pseudo Éclat du saphir terne
Salon et WC non adaptés au personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité trop bas
WiFi du moyen âge ça rame de fou vaut mieux faire un partage de connexion avec son portable ça marche 100 fois mieux
Pièce de vie plus petite que sur les photos
Quand il pleut l eau envahi la terrasse pourtant couverte mais en pente du mauvais côté

Gite très bien entretenu, lieu calme dans zone résidentielle. Accès aux plages rapide. Petit village très accueillant pour les familles souhaitant être au coeur d'une zone géographique permettant d'être en lien avec la nature. Port ostréiculteurs exceptionnel.
