Ideally located in Saint Jean d'Illac, between Bordeaux, the Bassin d'Arcachon and the ocean beaches of the southern Médoc, Villa Primevères welcomes you for your stay in a quiet, pleasant residential setting on the edge of the Forest. It is about 4 km from Saint Jean d'Illac and its many amenities (supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop, cheese shop, wine cellar, entertainment, bus line about 500 meters away, etc.). This large family home dating from the 80s is set in 2000 m² of fully enclosed wooded grounds. You'll enjoy a variety of outdoor spaces and facilities for pleasant moments of relaxation and conviviality: zodiac swimming pool with secure wooden deck, garden, covered terrace at the front of the house, terrace with dining table and barbecue, Wellbeing area with spa, parking area. As soon as you enter the house, you'll be seduced by its original and atypical atmosphere inspired by our passions and tastes for the 70s and retro pop culture. The house comprises an entrance hall with separate toilet opening onto a beautiful living room with several areas: a comfortable lounge with TV, a dining room for 6 people and a play area with library and gaming table. The adjoining fully-equipped kitchen communicates with a complementary relaxation area in the veranda. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with a 160x200 bed, the third with two 90x190 beds, and a study for working in peace and quiet. A bathroom with large shower and toilet completes the first floor. The house has reversible air-conditioning in the main room and the upstairs hallway. Bed linen, table linen (tea towels) and towels are included in the price. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (for a fee). The Piscine is available from June to the end of September.
